• Which payment methods does Ultimart accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.

 

• Does Ultimart charge sales tax at checkout?

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

• How much do you charge for shipping?

A$5 flat shipping rate is applicable for orders below A$49.99. Free shipping is offered for orders over A$50.

 

• Does Ultimart offer shipment tracking? 

All items are shipped through Sendle and come with a tracking number. For further details please view our Delivery and Shipping information page here.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive the tracking number via your email or sms through the phone number you provided.

 

• Where does Ultimart ship from?

All our items are stocked in Sydney, Australia.

 

• Can I cancel/make changes to my orders?

If you would like to make changes to your order or the arranged delivery time, please contact our customer service at info@ultimart.com.au as soon as possible and we are happy to assist you in any way possible. There may be additional charges for changes made once the order has been dispatched.
